Delivery
UK Orders
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address. UK orders take 3-5 days before delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery (signed for).
International Orders
All international orders will also be despatched within 24 hours via Parcel Force special delivery. Delivery normally takes between 7-14 days throughout which Projectwear will keep you fully posted with the status of your order via email.
Your Order
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number also a full invoice will be sent from our credit card processing company. You will receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched.

How do I cancel my order?

Item Availability
If we run out of stock in our store we will inform customers before an order is placed however on occassion there may be situations where Projectwear.com are not able to do this and upon this situation arising we will gladly refund you or send an item of similar choice of your choosing from our available inventory.
