Delivery And Returns

Projectwear is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all of our customer's. If at all you are not satisfied with any purchase from our store we provide a refund or exchange for a similar product (providing we have it in stock) within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept any items which are not sent within this 7 day period.

Projectwear do not refund shipping charges.

Projectwear deliver worldwide and only to the shipping address provided on your credit card transaction form. We only accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards via our merchant Worldpay. Projectwear does NOT collect any credit card information.

Orders are normally shipped next working day on payments made before 2pm. Delivery takes between 2-5 working days depending on the courier and location. All items are sent via trackable delivery which is provided to the customer upon request.

Your order status is available online to check the progress of any orders that are placed on our site from payment to delivery.
